You do not need the following information to register.  This is basic information on our program and how it became the success it is today.

Refresher 1:1

Perfect for our return students who need a refresher. 4 1:1 25 minute classes.

Level 1 Fish

Becomes comfortable in the water with toys, songs, and games, works on putting face in the water, floating, gliding, almost swimming alone.  Level 1 is perfect for the student who has a fear of water and needs to overcome it, which is one of our favorite parts of our curriculum!

Level 2 Fish

Learns to glide and swim alone 2-3 yards. Front glide with kick and scoops. Back to front roll overs, Floats unassisted. Retrieves objects from bottom of pool (3ft sections)

Level 3 Fish

Float unassisted using the front, back, front method. Continues to advance in freestyle strokes (pool length unassisted) and begins  

basic backstroke guidelines.

Level 4 Fish

Swims length of pool unassisted in freestyle and backstroke. Passes our safety test designed to ensure safety. 

Intro to breast stroke.

Level 5 Fish

Able to swim the width of the pool there and back freestyle, become proficient in breast stroke.
Learns proper body positions
Learns side breathing.

Begins flip turns and diving instruction.

Level 6 Fish

Refinement of freestyle, back, and breast stroke, introduction to Butterfly. Learns swimming league rules. Becomes proficient in flip turns, practices for endurance, gains additional skill sets for competition. Gains confidence to excel in swimming as a sport or the ability to excel in a lifeguard class, school curriculum study or simply be confident on the lake, ocean or pool.
